Preferences
There are quite a few different settings that can be changed to customise the CloudPBX UC to each individual requirement. We have outlined a few common ones we get asked about.
Ringing Alert
For individuals using a Headset, sometimes calls will ring on the headset rather than on another speaker, meaning its hard to hear when a call is ringing, especially when away from your desk.
To set to another speaker, select Softphone then Preferences
Select Devices, then the Other Devices tab
You can now choose which audio device your computer has connected to send the Ringing Alert to via the Ring On: dropdown. Once selected, click OK
