Overview
This guide provides the steps for creating a new Announcement for your CloudPBX
Requirements
Announcement's rely on an Audio file being available, so make sure you have recorded or uploaded your Audio file before hand - Audio Library
Steps
Login to ConnectSmart Manager via https://my.connectsmart.io with a Director or Manager user account
Select Announcements
New Announcement & Edit
Give the Announcement a Name and Description
Office - Select which Office the Announcement may be related to
Select Audio for Announcement - Select the Audio to play to the caller
Destination\Type - Select where to send the caller once the Audio has finished
Edit Announcement
Select the Settings Cog icon/tab to open the Announcement Settings section
Similar to Adding a new Announcement, you can edit the settings as per your requirement
Click Update Announcement to save the changes
Delete Announcement
Select the Trash icon/tab to open the Delete Announcement section
Click Delete to delete the Announcement. This will not delete the Audio selected.
