This guide provides the steps for creating a new Time Condition for your CloudPBX
Login to ConnectSmart Manager via https://my.connectsmart.io with a Director or Manager user account
Select Time Conditions
New Time Condition & Edit
Give the Time Condition a Name and Description
Office & Timezone - It is important to select the correct Office & Timezone as these will be used when matching the time of the call
Match Destination\Type - Select the Type and Destination for calls to be sent to that match the Time Condition
No Match Destination\Type - Select the Type and Destination for calls to be sent to that do no match the Time Condition
Click Create Time Condition to save the configuration
Edit Time Condition
Select the Settings Cog icon/tab to open the Time Condition Settings section
Similar to Adding a new Time Condition, you can edit the settings as per your requirement
Click Update Time Condition to save the changes
Edit Time Slots
Select the Add User icon/tab to open the Time Slots section
Time Slots are the time(s), weekday(s), day(s) of the month and month(s) of the year grouped together to determine whether a call should be considered a Match or No Match.
Multiple Time Slots per Time Condition also help simplify matching calls for multiple day/hour scenarios
For example, if you were to configure a Time Slot for Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm, you would configure the Time Slot as below.
You could then add another Time Slot to this same Time Condition if you wanted to receive calls on Saturday from 10am until 2pm.
Delete Time Condition
Select the Trash icon/tab to open the Delete Time Condition section
Click Delete to delete the Time Condition.
