LEAP provides users and firms with access to very detailed Activity Reports which will list the Call History and/or Time Entries each Staff member has made
CallSmart creates a Time Entry using the activity code selected at the time of the entry. The default activity code depends on the direction of the call, but is generally 'tel' for outbound calls and 'telf' for inbound calls. These reports allows firms to view the number of calls and duration a practitioner has billed.
These reports can be filtered by Staff member, Billing Type, activity codes and much more...
View Activity Reports
With LEAP's X2 update, reports is in a different location, here's where;
- In the main Matter List window, click Menu up to top left
- Select Reports
This will open a web browser and take you through to the LEAP Reports
- Select Management, then click on Staff Time & Fees Activity Summary
- Edit the various options such as Start and End Dates, Staff and/or Billing Type
CallSmart uses the 'tel' Activity Code so make sure this is also selected
- When ready, click View Report (top right)
You will now be able to view each Staff member for the Start/End dates selected
The report will include the Staff Member's name, the Activity Code entries with their associated Matter Number, Description Billing Mode, Time and Amount ex tax
